Okay I finally got it to work. I had the file extension in the command so I had {swf}video-header.swf{swf} instead of the correct way which is {swf}video-header{swf} My only problem now is that it doesn;t seem to resize correctly. What do I need to add to the command to make the dimensions what I want them to be. Do I have to eliminate the default size options to make it work? Thanks for all your attempts to help me so far. I can;t believe it was such a silly mistake on my part that was the cause of all my problems.

Yes, the dimensions can be defined in the plugin settings. However you can also give a try to the "Responsive" layout. This should make your videos width adjust according to their container element width.
