i have been trying to figure this out for two hours.  i cannot find what i am looking for.  sorry if this is repeat but could some one please help a sister out?  i added the files, video and audio, everything looks good, insert code, auto fill, preview-good.  but when i insert, all i see is this {youtubejw}ptCW_W07pzk{/youtubejw}  ??  Plz help me...
