Hello,

Recently our client is complaining that uploaded videos with k2 video tab are not playing
in mobile version.
We tested to fix the issue by updating the all videos plugin, by with no result,
the video in mobile keeps loading with no error...

Could someone help us how to fix this issue?!

In android the video is played correctly, but in IOS give an error media not found!

If the video is accessible through desktop PCs and Android OS, then this is an encoding issue with the video itself.

Make sure that the videos have the h264 encoding.

This issue is going very very weird for me!
I tried adding the same video in two sites in different server.
In the domain www.360grade.al the video was playing good in mobile devices, I made a view source of the article
and putted the content in this link newsbomb.al/test.html

Now the video is played even it is using a video that in this own domain
content article cant be played in mobile (www.newsbomb.al/component/k2/item/47971-artikull-test)

Could someone see this in details and give me some suggestions?!

If the same video with the same environment (K2, extensions etc) is not working on a specific while working on another server, you need to let your hosting provider know about this, since it might be a minor server issue.
