No video player at all was created by Turbinee Sp
Hi, searched the forum, as well as Google, but cannot figure out my problem.
I have few .mov videos, which were working fine some time ago. Updated Joomla to the latest release and video player wont show. Also made a new template, but cannot figure if anything has to do with it.
Please have a look and help me out. bg-restavrator.com/bg/restoration-services/auto-moto/48-mz-rt-1254-custom

checked my htaccess, can see any problem there. All the Allvideos files are on the server. I also reinstalled Allvideos to see if that fixes it, but no luck. Moved the videos to images/video, no luck as well.

Manually checked the link on the page above and the video played fine, so I can see it is the player doing something.

Thanks for your help

Hello,

Can you try installing the DEV version?

Hi, thanks for the help.
So I installed ver 4.8, good news is now the player is loaded and the video can be played, but unfortunately the video controls are broken. Their mapping is correct but only small portion of the control bar is visible, you have to guess where the play button is.

I also have youtube videos, their controls are fine.
I checked any css that might be causing the issue, but seems the only css I have is the Allvideos one that is controlling the player.

Please have a look, and help me out.

Unfortunately these files cannot be streamed.
They will be force-downloaded imgur.com/a/mZTa9 when I open the page.

Can you try using a different video format like .mp4 /h264 which is more cross-browser compatible?
