My issue is that, when I try to add an mp3 file from a remote server, it doesn't play although the player shows up alright. Sites like Audiomark, Mediafire etc don't work when I link music from there to the site: www.bigtimerz.com.

Sites like Youtube, Soundcloud works perfectly when I link music from there.

Please is there anything I am doing wrong?

You need a valid mp3 link which can be streamed
www.mediafire.com/file/gvzx0s0uf6cccuc/SHATTA+WALE+-+PENALTY+..PROD.BY+WILLIESBEAT.mp3 leads to mediafire page, not a media file.

So it means, the mp3 or mp4 file from a remote server has to be a streaming one for the plugin to work correctly?

And can I also use it for example on a youtube channel that intends to stream a certain program at a later date? And in that case, it means I will have to find the url of that channel and that is it?

I think I will need to check up with the other links which never worked. As for youtube and soundloud, they work perfectly with the awesome AllVideos Plugin.

Indeed, you need a file that can be streamed.

If the URL is the same, then you can embed the video and wait for it to stream.
