Is there anyway to stop a video trying to download everytime the page loads?

Whilst this doesn't happen when connecting to a Youtube Video (for example), I am finding that when setting the plugin to play either a video hosted locally or remotely (eg {mp4remote}video{/mp4remote} ), the plugin wants to predownload the video rather than only downloading it when a user clicks the play button. This can become quite a load on your bandwidth if you have several videos trying to do this at once.

Is there a way to overide this?

I have just installed Allvideo and am having the same issue. I am on satellite so have limited bandwidth also. Did you ever find a solution to this issue?
