I cannot believe that with 11300+ views nobody has replied to this thread and no word from the developers neither!
I have the same problem and even though I could just hide the link via CSS it's not an elegant not to say REAL solution
I have manually entered an <a> element with the right name attribute and nothing
Any ideas? Solutions?
