I'm not sure why, but after I install the Disquss plugin, it craters my plugin manager in joomla 2.5.4.  After installing the plugin, when I try to edit any plugin in plugin manager, in firefox, I get a blank page and viewing source it just says "1" and in Internet Explorer 8, I get an Internal Server Error.  After I go to extension manager and uninstall the plugin, I'm able to go to the edit page of all my other plugins.  This plugin breaks the edit feature of plugin manager for every plugin in my 2.5.4 installation.  I doubt my version of php has anything to do with it, but for the record, I'm running php 5.2.4.  The plugin version is 3.2

After further debugging, this does seem to be a problem related to my php version.  The error log in apache is as follows:
