Hello all,

I'm curious as to why Frontpage Slideshow was removed from the JED (Joomla Extensions Directory) per the developers request located at:

extensions.joomla.org/extensions/content-&-news/articles-slideshow/1664/details

Is development going to continue on this product?

We removed Frontpage Slideshow from the JED many years ago.

Of course and FPSS development is continuing!

Thanks Katia for the answer. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have to start looking for an alternative which I did not want to do.

On a side note, it is strange that it was removed from the JED. As an active member on the Joomla forums I see many new people looking for a good slideshow (and there are quite a few on the JED) however the majority of the slideshows available lack the ability to link to somewhere.
