As K2 is suitable for building online catalogs as well, it would be great to be able to mark the recently added items as 'New'.

It would be good for this feature to have an option to define the time interval in days for being marked as new.

From the nature of K2 follows that we could select the (parent) category where this feature applied. It is not required for blogs, but for a download section would be cool :)
