Perhaps it's just me ;)  but it took me a while to realise why my introtext was showing in Item view even though I had all the "introtext" references in the global params set to "hide"...  It might be useful to some to have global defaults which could be inherited or overridden by each category...Loving all the additional settings over and above Joomla Articles by the way...
