I have a brand new install of K2... everything works great _except_ the tabs in the front-end editor don't do anything... click and nothing happens... none of them.Switching to different editors in the Global Config makes no difference.Help!Walt

Ok... figured this out with the help of Firebug and a fellow Joomla user. The problem was a loading error reflecting a conflict with the JLive! Chat Plugin... hopefully this will help someone down the road.
