Google is not indexing actual content only the meta data

Google is not indexing actual content only the meta data was created by Jon
I'm using sh404SEF, submitted a sitemap which its indexed etc checked its INDEX,FOLLOW however, Google only appears to be indexing the meta data and not the actual content of the pages. That can't be right can it? Where am I going wrong?
