There is a wordpress plugin that allows you to import comments from your youtube videos into the blogpost comments.ericulous.com/2007/05/16/wp-plugin-genki-youtube-comments/I thought if anyone was able to do it in Joomla, it'd be the guys at K2 development. You think this is possible?
