I´m a user of K2 since 2 years ago and I´m satisfied with the flexibility and the ease of use.

I was thinking in moving a webpage with about 80,000 records to a joomla platform with K2 (to make use of extrafields). There are very simple records, a book database with stuff like author, a little recension, vote, etc...

But I would like to know if is viable to use K2 and Joomla to manage this quantity of records. The webpage is intended to do typical queries (I mean, search by author, subject, etc) . I´m thinking of Joomla-K2 because of the ease of use, and because as is well supported, it´s a good option if the webmaster changes.

It´s viable to use Joomla K2 for a website with this amount of records?
