To display striclty the menu structure and NOT the category structure you need to use Joomla!'s default breadcrumbs.

If i use Joomla!'s default breadcrumbs module only the Homepage is displayed when a k2 article or catagory is linked. When a Joomla article is linked the default breadcrumbs works.
Thanks,
Tom

You need to map your content (in this case the K2 categories) in menu items then.
This is considered a best practise and it is a must in my opinion.

Is the K2 tools / Category list module (menu) ok to map the site?

Hi Krikor, yes it maps, but the url and the pathway are incomplete:
archiviosonoro.org/archivio-sonoro/archivio-sonoro-marche/content/22-raccolta-prima.html
the url doesn't show the subcategory, the pathway is almost empty, they are K2 tools module both.
How t remove "content" from the url?
Regards

If you want to show the MENU structure of your site, then you need to use Joomla!'s default modules.
On the other hand only K2's structure (menu items will not be included) is mapped in this module.
The URL is not controlled by this module in any way. The URL is controlled from your menu structure.

Thanks for reply. So the only way to get a full url like category/subcategory/item.html is to manually build a menu with all categories/subcategories/items? what if they are hundreds? Maybe there is a sef/seo plugin that can help.
