I am new to K2 (used as part of a template I purchased). Fighting my way through on how it works. I am having issues uploading item and category images. When I attempt to upload through the backend, a white screen returns (source view shows partially generated HTML).

I have searched on this forum and attempted all suggestions I have found that seemed relevant.

Here some information:

System: WAMP - all folders writable, increased PHP Memory Size to 1024M

Step 1: select image:

Step 3: wait 5 seconds and see white page:
Step 4: view source of the white page:

Same result when I use "browse on server" and select any image from the media library
