Need to have a title list of all my own items, preferred in a module.

With the option to have the unpublished items seen as well.

How can this be achieved?

You can simply browse your user page.
You can also map it in a menu item User page (blog).

Don't understand how.

When I log-in I want to display a list (as modules) of my own items. This needs to works for each logged in user, so not as a static menu blog list.

The K2 User module displays a list of a user's posts and info but if you want something personalised you need to look at the JED or getk2.org/extend/extensions for such an extension.
