I'm using on a project K2 v2.6.9 and Joomla 3.4.3
Everything was working fine before i did a update (3 weeks ago)
I noticed that when a user is uploading a image in the administrator the images are stored as normal with _s, _m, _l etc.
But every image has the same size, the original image size.
so it's not resizing anymore, the image sizes are correct in the paramaters of k2

Any idea what the problem might be?

What was the update you performed?

From 3.4.2 (or 3.4.1) to the new version of Joomla..!
Normal update as usual.
and i thought also some other components (acymailing, admin tools and akeeba back-up) but that i don't know for sure
i was already using this version of k2.

Are you getting any errors in your error_log?

i've got no errors in the root/logs/error.php
Also when setting the error_reporting to maximum

How about Apache's error_log file?
Depending on your structure it could be located one level bellow your root folder inside the root_folder. If you cannot find then you should ask your hosting provider about this.

Dumb question following: Are your image sizes set up correctly? It is possible to re enter the sizes, save the settings and try again?

Image sizes are set up correctly, as well in the global parameters as in the category parameters.

I have no acces to this apache's error_log file of this one.
I will contact the hosting provider.

It is working fine in all of my installations as well.
I really think this is a server hiccup or misconfiguration.
