Dear all,

As subject....
it happens just recently.

Additional information :
Web Server : Apache
PHP version : 5.4.40
mySQL version : 5.6.23
K2 version : 2.6.9
SEF using native Joomla (no plug in) with : SEF Enable and URL Rewriting also enable

I've tried to disable SEF and URL Rewriting but it's also not working (with another 'error'). It'll open Front End Home after saving.

Please help.. thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply, but so sorry I don't understand :)

What is the URL that produces the error?
Can you c/p it here?

Are you using any 3rd party K2 extensions?

Hi.. sorry for my late reply (due to time difference .. mine is GMT+7)

Yes I used some 3rd party K2 extension which are DM Pinboard for K2 and Additional Category for K2.

Our team has tried to uninstall both extension but still the same.

when we add new K2 item, the url is : jakartamotherhood.id/administrator/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item
every time we use save, save and close, or save and new, produce the error (404 - Category not found) and the url become : jakartamotherhood.id/administrator/index.php
**(is it what you mean with the error url ?)

We tried to backup all site (including the joomla) and restore it locally. It seem works normal.

Any other thoughts ? Please help...... :)

Thanks

Hello there. Since a few hours I've got the same issue. That's the reason I'm here as I was searching for similar issues by other user. To add my informations: I've added new K2 items last night and modified a K2 item this morning. A few minutes later when I was about to change my latest K2 item I clicked on SAVE and I was redirected to mywebsite/adminstrator/index.php and the output "Internal Server Error etc." I can't change any K2 items or categories and I can't add anything. It is always the same: rediected to mywebsite/adminstrator/index.php with "Internal Server Error etc." message. Please help.

Best
Chris

@Chris,
Enable error reporting from your site's global configuration to see the actual error.

@Hadi,
Check your .htaccess file to see if the local one is the same as the remote.
Then try deactivating these extensions to see if that solves the issue.

@Krikor : we've copied .htaccess from local to the host, but problems still exist. We've also unsinstalled all the 3rd party extensions and still has the same error.

Thanks,
HH

If you disable SEF and rewriting, you are getting a different error, right?
What is that error?

If I turnoff SEF and URL rewriting, no 404 error, but the item has not saved.
The url become jakartamotherhood.id/administrator/index.php
But the visual is the main home page, but all the graphics are broken link

Thanks
