I really need your help to solve this strange situation.

I have some Categories and related Sub-Categories properly configured in Display Settings and working as expected. (Image 1 - Main Category set to display five Sub-Categories Blocks).

The problem, I have another Category set to display Sub-Category Blocks (seven in this case), with "inherit parameters options from category" set to none.
I can't put all the blocks in the same row, the last are always in the next 'line' (Image 2).

I have to say that some of those Categories and/or Sub-Categories has previously 'inherit' from other Categories/Sub-Categories.

I try EVERYTHING!:
- Clear Caches;
- System Maintenance;
- Try in other Browser;
- Create another Main Category and Move items to there;
- Create a 'Test Category' and Sub-Categories and set the display options for Sub-Category Blocks (the problem still);
- Inherit to other Category/Sub-Category (that works but not solve the problem since each situation is different from the others in number of columns need);
- Check Database parameters from the other Category that display the Sub-Category Blocks correctly;
- Compare all the Settings between this two situations (Menu Items and K2 Display Configuration).

I'm really desperate with this.

Regards and thank you for your help,

Pedro

Hi Krikor,

The site is under development. You can access:
- www.theazores.pt
- At the bottom of the offline page, you found a login button, you can use: User: teste, Password: teste2016

Now, the 'no problem' Sub-Categories Blocks:
Home Page: "Os Açores" -> "Histórias & Curiosidades", or
Home Page: "Os Açores" -> "Gastronomia".

The problem with display Sub-Categories Blocks. Booth are config to display seven columns:
Home Page: "Santa Maria" -> "O que fazer"
Home Page: "São Miguel" -> "O que fazer"

Sorry, at this time the site is only in Portuguese.

If necessary, I can send you a backend access.

Regards and tanks you for your help.

Pedro

Backend is not needed.
However a dummy registered account is needed so I can access these URLs.

DO NOT post manager or admin accounts on the public forum :)

Hi Krikor,

I don't know what's happened but, after create some other categories, and setting the display options on the new ones, everything start look normal!!
Returning to the 'problematic' categories enter and saving, all works!!

I'm suspect that this was a sporadic database problem.

Thank you soo much to your help and sorry for your time.

Regards,

Pedro

Nice to hear that it's solved.
Did you check if you had assigned these categories to a different template?
