Is it yet possible to store k2 images in /images, and attachments in /media/downloads? It seems when I change the attachments path in the K2 Parameters, that the images also go to the same place, which is not desirable.

It is far more intuitive to put images in /images, and attachment files in /attachments

Is this possible?

For images you can use a symlink. For attachments you can find this option in K2's settings.
