with k2 we can display
Master categorie + subcategory (with count) + item list

but i need o display first level of master category (alreaday possible) AND second level of category (name + link)
like this

The K2 Tools module will display a category and all of its children in a ul element.

You can control the look and feel by overriding it or with CSS.

but i can'u use a module for each category without break dynamic category
user can add sub category without edit code ...
to be more precise
category : travel
sub-category : travel zone
sub-subcategory : country

user need to insert travel zone en country
if i use module user need to create module for each travel zone and load it in description ...
very very bad for user

I am not sure I understand the problem.
The module will be assigned to menu items, map the categories into menu items and the issue will be resolved.

and each subcat (lvl2) are in same column of his parent ..
can i do it with only 1 module ? by removing category view ?

The output is of the following format: ul > li > ul > li
You can control each list-item using CSS.
