k2 admin all messed up with language install

k2 admin all messed up with language install was created by Chuck Szymaszek
After installing EN-US on our 3.8 site and the applying the en-us k2 language pack our admin system now looks like this in the headers/title on the backend

K2_TITLE K2_FEATURED K2_PUBLISHED K2_CATEGORY K2_AUTHOR K2_LAST_MODIFIED_BY K2_ACCESS_LEVEL K2_CREATED K2_MODIFIED

wtf? why did it messed it up and i cannot get it back tot he way it was.. any help?
