Hello, how can I move the area of "media" right after article ?

so far it comes after "related items" and "by the same author"
I'd like to see that section, right after my article

It depends on which page... for instance, a list of items is in category_item.php

I highly recommend copying the default folder to another folder in case something goes wrong, you have a backup...

No, unfortunately, there isn't :(
It is in the template and is not a K2 hack though... for you it is matter of moving stuff around a bit...
