I have recently installed the PRO version of SIG. Its not working, i have inserted the code required in a static page for my gallery to show up...and all i see is that same code where the gallery is supposed to show up. For example, i type in the backend {gallery}bowling{/gallery} and when i go to the frontend on my static page, i see the same code, but no gallery.  :(

- I have GD Library installed in my web server.
- My gallery root folder is set to 755 permissions. (tried diff permissions)
- My temp is set to 777 permissions. (tried diff permissions)
- The plugin_jw_sigpro.php is set to 644 Permissions.
- the plugin folder is set to 755 permissions.
- I am using the Smoothportal Orange template from JoomlaShack.
- The mambot IS published. The settings are well configured.
- Tried with Joomla Cache turned OFF, and ON, no change.
- Have read all pages in forums, no solution yet. Unless i missed something.
- Tried on Firefox 2 and IE 7. Same thing.

Yes sir, I have...I actually didnt have the free version, i went straight away with the pro, i was very pleased with the demos. However, i did UNinstall the PRO version, and tried the free version. But same results occured. Thank you for your reply. Hope you can help.

Hey, thank you for your reply once again, but as for now im the happiest and most pleased person ever. I dont really know how, but it works perfectly now. The only thing i changed was the root folder. I had my root folder OUTSIDE the default  /images/stories  folder, i just put my root folder back there which also has my temp folder, and it works like a breeze now. I can only assume that the mambot was or would be settled perfectly with either both the temp and the root in the same folder OR that both of them should be somewhere inside the default /images/stories folder. Hope this helps anybody with the same problem. Thank you anyways, seemed impossible at first.  ;D ;D ;D
