Hello,
I am using Simple Image Gallery Plugin PRO, but I cannot seem to be able to display caption-text for each picture, when the user is opening the pictures (clicks on the thumbnails).
Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?

Create a text file and simply specify all necessery info. Then save this file with the name labels.txt and upload it to the folder of the images, to which you want to add captions. This file's contents look like this:
filename1.jpg|this is a caption
other_filename.png|and this is another caption!
trip_to_canada.gif|SIG is pretty cool!

Yeah, but arent there any interface that can be used inside the administrator?

No, it would actually be much harder.
Your client just needs to use the Media Manager (or our Media Manager XTD) to upload the images and a text file which they made. How simpler can it be?
If we added a component, you would need to have a UI to connect each image with a text snippet. Open, edit, save, re-open and so on... Which method do you think is simpler? ;)

Well, its just that my client wont use the text-file. He wants a GUI to make the changes through.
I personally dont need anything else, but I just hoped that there could be a component that could do the changes to the textfile.

Hey, that would be awesome :-)
The basic needs are to be able to up pictures to a folder and then to add the captions or descriptions to each picture, then save.
