Hi,

I was using free version and wanted to use caption so I purchased PRO version. After installing it,
  • thumbnails' shadow can not be seen and
  • when i click an image to be opened, ıt opens a new window without any effect

If you can help me, I will be very happy

P.S. I checked the forum and i am sure that caching is off, joomfish support is off and not using AJAX Header but JW UCD

You have put SIG Pro galleries inside a module. So JS/CSS files are not loaded properly.

v1.3 will feature a switch in the backend to enable that in a more friendly way.  ;)

Thank you for answer Fotis,

I have read the link you have sent to me but the fact is The gallery is not in a module. It is in a regular content item.

What can I check more?

It's in a module which calls a content item that includes SIG Pro.

Essentially CSS and JS files are not included properly (due to the way modules work). Please do the fix I'm proposing.  ;)
