Can't Purchase SIG pro was created by patchrick

I've been trying to purchase SIG pro by clicking the paypal button on the site but it keeps timing out.
I've installed SIG but I need the functionality of the pro version to get the job done right.
Can someone please let me know what the problem is with the payment link?

FYI, I finally managed to sort this out by tunneling my http traffic through the Tor Onion network. There must be some routing error with my ISPs IP blocks connecting to your payment gateway / domain (e-junkie.com)
