Flash Object remains on top of gallery was created by susan haldeman

Hi - I love the ease of this plugin - one small issue on one of my sites - I have a flash object embedded in the heading, and when the photo gallery is activated, the flash object remains on top of the slimbox gallery. Anyone found a solution to this? the flash is embedded in a div with z-index of 0, but it still floats on the top.

I tried setting the wmode to transparent on both the object parameters and in the embed definition.......
