How to use SIG PRO in HTML not joomla was created by Dzoni Wajsmiler

Hello, I use this great plugin for one of my sites.
Now I would like to use it for one simple html+css page.
Is it possible?

This version of SIG PRO doesn't support other systems except joomla cms
