Problems with White Specs in Photos was created by gfmedia
I have been having issues with white specs appearing in my photos in the black areas in both FPSS and SIP, is this a known issue, do updates resolve this? For examples go to main page for slideshow:

www.blackfriars.org

or individual photo page for SIP:

www.blackfriars.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=221&Itemid=26

I have resized the photos before hand and changed all settings within SIP to match so it does not recompress or do anything to the photos, so where are the pecs coming from?

I'm getting this too, only on one site, and on one photo, but in Front Page SlideShow...

They also only seem to appear in the darkest black area, and only in IE7, not Firefox...

It was prepared in Photoshop CS3, and saved as a JPG, using the Save for Web function...
