labels in UTF-8

labels in UTF-8 was created by Sizar

Hello to everybody.
I'm trying to write the captions in the UTF-8 characters (arabic)
I saved the "label.txt" file with the UTF-8 option but I can't see the captions in the gallery !

Can somebody help me please ? :-\

Hi my friend!

Can you give us a direct link to the gallery?!

Also, try to save the file as "labels.txt" and not as "label.txt"!

I saved the the file as "labels.txt" .... But nothing happend
with the normale english text is everything ok but with the UTF-8 charecters (arabic) :'(
My Page is at the moment on my local server (Compute) :-\
