I want to buy the SIG and perhaps the Frontpage Slideshow PRO.  The price is quoted in Euro.  Can you provide fixed US dollar prices please? And do we get a package deal discount if we buy both? :)

Conversion from dollar to Euro may trigger another fee.  I had a friend send me Canadian dollars once to pay his loan to me in installment, and by the time the bank charges the fixed fee, the amount left is insignificant, so I never cashed his check. How is this avoided in transactions with you?
