Hello,

I installed the plugin and wrote the path in the plugin's settings page but i cant view the website now as i get an error which says:
???

Warning: getimagesize(/home/kautqm/public_html/site/images/stories/Gallery/Events/Certifications-Internal_Audit_11-1428/imga0711.jpg) [function.getimagesize]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/kautqm/public_html/site/plugins/content/jwsigpro/sigpro_engine.php on line 86
Image type not supported

If i change the path between {gallery}{/gallery} tags in the article that is showing the gallery to something wrong the error goes and the website shows but with an error because of the path.

it's as if using the right path to the folder in the settings and the content item will show this error but when you change it to something wrong is disappears. :-\

I am using the correct path in the settings page and in the content item i am using:

{gallery}Events/Certifications-Internal_Audit_11-1428{/gallery}

Any help would be appreciated! 8)

Be careful with upper/lowercase characters. On Unix servers, "Events" is not the same as "events". ;)

Will there be a problem if all the extensions for the images are in uppercase. for example JPG instead of jpg? do i need to change them to lowercase? ???

Hello,

I still cant figure out whats wrong ???

I checked the letters and they are the same :'(

is there any problem with using - or _ ? or what could have caused the problem?

There appears to be a bug. Change your image names to all lower case. That fixed it for me!

There appears to be a bug. Change your image names to all lower case. That fixed it for me!

Unix/Linux servers interpet words/terms differently to Windows systems.

That means word.jpg is a different file to WORD.jpg or word.JPG. ;)
