What did that means??

First of all, you should fix your version of sigpro this way:

(your filename has no DOT includes, so caching doesn't work at all!)

Secondly: Read the Error Message carefully:

File xxx is not within the allowed path !!

Means: Your allowed path is /web/...whatever_subdir_you_like
But: Your file is in /images/stories/etc.blabla..

Change your image Path or ask your Provider to get further informations on that issue.
