instalation error was created by debra townsend

After installing this is what i got instead of the site :'(

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare jw_gallery() (previously declared in /home/indianab/public_html/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sig.php:14) in /home/indianab/public_html/mambots/content/plugin_jw_sigpro.php on line 30
