gallery publication causes a blank page was created by Guy Stephen Hazell

yesterday the sigpro plugin worked fine, today when I publish the page it causes a blank white page to be rendered! the template is the same as yesterday is this a css problem does anyone have similar experience?

any pointers?

If you un-publish the mambot, the published content item works fine?
When the content item wasn't published the mambot was working right?
