Hi
using Polaroids style, on smartphone (iPhone and WP) the popup don't work:

is it possible to fix?

Hi,

Try to use a different popup engine. Note that official support for commercial extensions & templates is provided in the Subscriber Help Desk at www.joomlaworks.net/dashboard . If you need more help with this create a ticket there ( an active subscription is required ) .
