I have read through the forums and can still not figure this one out. I have used SIG on other sites so I know how to use it.

It is installed
It is published
I have uploaded image to a sub folder of Stories

It works on my main site page see here jlsdesign.isgreat.org

But when I try try and use it inside a portfolio component it stops working see here

Can any one help???

I have precisely the same problem. No evidence of this being solved in the forum. I am using Joomla 1.5, and followed the same procedure as you did. Please let me know if you've got the problem solved.
