Is it possible to turn the bottom effect off?

Now it's like this:
1 Click on image
2 Loading image appears
3 Background resizes to fit photo
4 Photo shows op
5 Bottom bar drops in.

So I want step 5 to already be there. And the background at step 3 to fit photo and bottom bar.

Don't know if it's possible?
