Number of coumn for gallery are not correct. Sometimes 1, sometimes 2, sometimes 3. On firefox only. No problems with IE7.

I have the same problem.  I tried adjusting the thumbnail size, thinking maybe it was a width error.

In IE is ok but the pop-up window appear only in the top of the page.
I use joomla 1.5.3 in legacy mode.
Could anyone give us help on this forum, because I have seen hundred of topics with no reply, or a link to other forums where peoples are interested to help?

I was interested to buy some products (SIG PRO& SLIDE) from joomlaworks to use it in a small web design affair, but, if the support is so poor, with all my consideration and respect,  I can't risk to use such a products. Sorry. :(

For all who may concern.
I have updated my browsers, FF to version 3 and IE to version 7.0.570.13 and everything goes to normal. So, if you have some troubles with SIG, try for the beginning to check if you have the latest browser. It could be an good idea to put in your website something like: "this site is optimized for Firefox3 and IE7"
