anyway im trying 2 change the browesing tip 2 hebraw
asumming that changed are in jwsig.php
so i did changed it this way -
$navtip = $pluginParams->get('navtip', 'טיפ ניווט : בקצוות העליונים נמצא סרגל ניווט');
but still the results are in english
