Hi Lefteris

Thanks for your reply. I have since put the file in a videos folder as per the the image I've uploaded into Photobucket: s1312.photobucket.com/user/commscath/media/Screen%20shots/calmbeginnings-new-files_zps09e8f0fa.png.html

I have the same code in the article: {mp4}YogaForPregnancy/TestRecording{/mp4}

It is still saying "Error loading media. File could not be played."

Just to be clear, this file only has audio - no visual. It is an audio file I created in Apple Garageband.

I have since found out how to make an MP3 file in Garageband - so no real need to continue this discussion - but I am curious to know if AllVideos isn't playing it because it only had audio.

Thanks again

Irene

I'm having this same issue. Our H.264 files play fine in Firefox and Chrome and cause errors in IE and ipads.
Here is a sample: sobeluniversity.com/component/content/article/59-uncategorised/586-ae166-time-management-3

Someone please tell me what I can do to fix this.

Just tested the link you provided in IE8,9,10 and 11 and it worked fine for me under Windows 7.

Thanks Lefteris! It's reassuring to know that it is functioning in IE. Any suggestions for getting this to be ipad compatible?

Probably the video format is not supported. You might need take a read at support.jwplayer.com/customer/portal/articles/1403682-troubleshooting-your-setup . You will find details regarding the video formats that are supported.
