We are not going to add this into the plugin. This is a hack and it may indeed introduce other issues. The first obvious issue is that it drops support for mobile devices. We will keep using the code that YouTube recommends.

I use this format

and youtube doesn´t count visits.

I have Joomla 3.4 and couldn't find where to change iframe for object.

What should I do.

This is the intended behavior from YouTube. We are not going to change this in the plugin. There is a hack if you want to change this : www.joomlaworks.net/forum/allvideos/40296-youtube-not-counting-views-through-allvideos#141308 .
