i am not able to set the language filter so it may be related to that.

Ok, we are getting somewhere, can you try clearing your browser's cache AND cookies?

Something is producing these cookies which are autosetting the filters.
The filters are being generated used Joomla!'s API, so this is a tricky issue.

The issue was also reported here: github.com/getk2/k2/issues/317

The github thread related to this bug has been closed, but I'm still running into this issue. I've downloaded and installed the latest 2.7.1 build but no luck. Is this related more to Joomla 3.5.1? If it's related to K2, is it possible to roll back to 2.6.9?

Thanks

Did you clear your browser's cookies and cache?
Are these items present in your database?

Hi Krikor,

Yes, I've cleared both cookies and cache. Usually when I log in I'm able to see the items as usual. When I move to another area, like menus or modules, and come back to K2 Items the list is empty. I then clear cache and cookies and log back in - where the K2 items load normally. The issue also happens when trying to select a K2 Item when creating a new menu link.

Thanks.

If it helps, I found that the issue only happens one I reload the front-end of the website, like the home page, contact page, etc. ... when I try to view the list of K2 Items the list is empty. When I try to select 'English UK' in the K2 Item language drop-down the page refreshes and the drop-down reverts back to 'Select Language'. When I clear the cache and view the list of K2 Items again the language selector allows me to select the English UK option. Once I reload the front-end of the site, the issue returns.

Thanks.

I still have the issue as well and while I checked the cookies I don't see anything that I can say for sure is the cause. I should try refreshing the front end to see if that is when mine disappears as well. I have mijoshop installed and it also has cookies. do you have mijoshop Justin?

@ COR Consulting, yes - I do indeed have MijoShop installed. Also MijoSearch and MijoSEF.

Thanks

tested. it happens when I refresh a page containing mijoshop content and the item list disappears in the back end. it wasn't doing this until the newest update
