Hi all Im just beginning to wrap my head around the flash video thingy, I love the mambot but I cannot seem to get the skins to work.

I have uploaded the flv...works fine
video.swf and skin.swf but no avail, maybe Im doing it wrong what are you doing to get the skins to work and stream the video the flv works great, loads ass fast and streams but no skin.

Any ideas or suggestions here??
