Pre/post roll ads can be tricky. And there's no easy way to have all that setup just with AllVideos. You'd need a separate UI to upload these videos and serve them based on certain criteria...
What you probably need is a customized player for YouTube (or others), e.g.: www.reembed.com/

I think about more simplify like playlist before next video.
