Hello
is it possibile to play with AllVideos a random mp4 video from a local folder? Or a playlist of local files?

Not really. You can surely play a YouTube playlist, but to do random videos would require some PHP code to read a folder and generate the necessary AllVideos plugin tags on each page load.
