I installed the allvideos plugin many months ago and love it. However I've recently got sick of my site loading slow and decided to run it in debug mode.  The allvideos plug in does 50 queries on my home page! 

This query shows up 50 times:
SELECT id FROM jos_mambots WHERE element = 'plugin_jw_allvideos' AND folder = 'content'

What's goin on?

I don't know what that means, but when I combine the movies on my ftp with streamed movies for other hosts like Youtube, gametrailers etc I have well over 200, probably closer to 300 movies hosted on my site and it has by no means slowed it down.

I know it doesn't help your case, but you may want to re-install it or wait for 2.5 coming out this week and give it a try.
